I Care Because…

  • I care because I don't like to see people get hurt.

  • Everyone goes through different things in their lives and this can change the way that they take being bullied. This is a job for parents to instill confidence in their kids from a young age. Most kids taking bullying to an extreme level within themselves are kids who have no self-esteem because of the way they are raised.

  • i never want anyone to feel like they're not good enough or anything like that because it will only bring them down.

  • I care because bullying is wrong and that should be recognized. It happens everyday and people brush it off like nothing is wrong. I was bullied when I was in elementary school and middle school. They were all different occasions, but they were all painful and I hate seeing other people go through similar things that happened to me.

    Mackenna — 14
  • I care because bullying is a very bad thing that goes on everyday and I want to make a difference and stop bullying

    cynthia — 15
  • I was bullied all my life; it's not ethical, it only promotes corrupt acts, and I hope it ends NOW.

    Madisyn — 17
  • I care because you never know someone's story, or what they are going through in life. It is important to know what bullying is about because it could be happening to someone you love and you want to be able to help them through it.

    Elena — 17
  • I care because it can affect someone so much that they won't feel like they are important in this world, when they really are.

    Miranda — 14
  • bullying has a huge impact on mental health.

    Rayna — 17
  • I know that bullying and being put down constantly by others can cause many different things including anxiety and depression and even lead to someone taking their own life. I have come to understand how important it is to treat others the way you want to be treated. A feeling of constant sadness and like you aren't good enough is something I have felt before and I would never want someone to experience such horrific thoughts just based on someone telling them something, posting about them, or spreading rumors.
