I Care Because…

Its not ok to bully people it can make people harm themselves.

Don't bully because it can harm people and impact their life.

I care because bullying can cause a lot of mental health problems that can lead to self-harm. They'll say they wish there were signs about it but most of the time there are signs but people choose to ignore them. and then when the person who is being bullied tries to speak up about it most people will laugh, tell them to grow up or get thicker skin or to tell a teacher, most people do not understand how hard it is for victims of bullying to stand up for themselves because of fear of what the bullies might do so they'd rather stay quiet and that's not healthy because it'll lead to massive problems for the victim.

i dont want people to be mean.

People should be themselves.

I care because bullying is a form of harm, mentally, physically, or emotionally. Nobody should be singled out because of their appearance, everyone is equal and nobody is “cooler” than one another. Nobody should ever have the mindset of being better than someone because nobody is perfect, everybody has flaws, no matter who you are.

Bullying is not cool. It is a really mess up thing to bully people. If you bully someone it could hurt really bad and make them question a lot of thing like they existing. If you bully someone you do not know how much it could hurt more than you think like throwing a rock in a pond you do not know how deep it goes.

Bullying is not funny and if you are the bully and someone starts to bully you it starts to come back to you

People shouldn't be judged by anyone, anywhere, anytime, and if someone is truly mean to one another, they can scar them for life. I feel like people who do get bullied don't really tell anyone because they are scared. It is really sad that people are so scared of a bully that they would rather not tell someone so that the bully won't be angrier at them. We definitely need more upstanders because bullies are just growing more and more, and if we don't stand up to them, they could take control. Also, I feel like bullies target people who may be weaker, younger, or shorter than them when no adults are around. We need to tell adults because the sooner we tell them, the sooner they will be stopped. Another thing is that people would rather watch someone being bullied rather than help stop the bully. We need more brave people and possibly to be more brave. If someone tells an adult that a person is bullying them, the bully might be like "Uh, oh" because bullies aren't used to being caught, and when they do, they think "This was a bad idea".

Everyone should feel safe and want to go to school, not feel scared and then not have anything done about it whenever they do ask for help
